Orwell View Barns is set on the edge of our 700 acre farm overlooking the River Orwell in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. At the end of a country lane, just 600 metres from the riverbank, our holiday cottages are within easy walking distance of picturesque Pin Mill and the pretty Butt & Oyster public house.

Nearby Ipswich is steeped in history, yet full of life. Stroll along its historic waterfront and streets, and you will find a vibrant mix of heritage, the arts, theatre, cinema, clubs and bars.

There is lots to do in this unsung area, including bird-watching and cycling, or you can just stay put in your holiday cottage and enjoy the stunning views!
